Booking a photoshoot can feel really daunting!
I understand that trying to choose between the different photographers out there and figuring out who is actually qualified and knows what they’re doing while searching for the best value and where the hidden costs are can be over whelming.
For this very reason I like to keep my prices and packages really simple with no hidden costs.
I also advise any potential clients to check out my ‘About Me’ page where I talk about the 20 years experience I have working in this industry so you can feel reassured that I know exactly what I am doing and I will deliver you a bespoke photo session you will love forever.

what's included
My session fee is £249 on weekdays and £279 on weekends and school holidays and is the same regardless of the theme and location of your session.
When booking your session I ask for a non-refundable deposit of £69 for a weekday shoot and £99 for weekend shoots to secure your booking time and date, with the remaining balance of £180 being paid on the day of your session. Once your shoot is complete all you need to do is choose your favourite images and which products you’d like to spend your £180 credit on.
Most of my clients do end up investing between £500-700 (including the session fee) which allows them to choose beautiful wall art to display their images.

If you are looking for a quick photo session to simply get a few images then my mini sessions could be more suitable for you.
These are perfect for anyone wanting a few modeling shots for a portfolio, profile pictures for social media or an updated picture of their children for family members.

Mini sessions cost £79. Additional digital files can be bought at £45 per image.
These sessions are limited and will not run over 30 minutes so please make sure you arrive at least 5 minutes before your session time. The full session fee is payable when booking your photo-shoot and non refundable.
• 30 min session aimed at capturing specific images in the studio
• One setup, no clothes changes
• 3 digital files via online transfer chosen by the photographer
These mini sessions are the same as above but are held several times a year to fit specifically with annual celebrations such as Mother's Day, the start of Spring, and Christmas. Each session is themed to suit the occasion such as my Spring sessions being Bluebell themed and Christmas ones being all about winter fun.
For these shoots I only offer a limited number of sessions on specific dates and they are extremely popular so I would always look to book this well in advance of the session date.
- Themed Mini session -

For these sessions I work on an hourly rate of £30 per hour and a minimum of four hours for any booking. I have a full portable studio and am more than happy to travel to wherever you need me. I love travelling and have previously had fashion and beauty shoots all over the UK and abroad. Any travel within a 20 mile radius of BD22 is included in my hourly rate, after that it will be charged according to time and distance.
Editing cost are additional to the shoot fee and will vary depending on the level of editing required. For more detailed information about this please don’t hesitate to get in touch and talk to me about your specific requirements.

Fine art commissions are the perfect option for singers or bands wanting album covers or individuals wanting a tailor-made piece of artwork based on their vision.
Clients can either feature in the artwork or a suitable model can be hired. Potential locations can be suggested based on the concept however I am always willing to travel to a specific location should the client have one in mind.

Prior to any photography session I speak to all my clients and we discuss clothing and style for your shoot. You will also receive a PDF ‘What to Wear’ guide which will help you avoid the major no no’s such as clothes with tv characters on etc. With all my full price sessions you will also have full access to any clothes and props in my studio.

Depending on the location and theme of your shoot it may change slightly but basically bring any clothes you may wish to wear and any personal items you’d like in the pictures. You can also bring pets to the shoot as long as they’re not snakes as I have a massive phobia of them!
I also advise any parents bringing children to bring some items to keep them entertained between photographs. I have wifi for any devices and a box of toys to help, but if they have a favourite book or teddy, they’re always handy to have. I have plenty of hot and cold drinks but I would suggest a few snacks to keep the hanger away; plus I never say no to a Haribo, the love hearts are my favourite.

Yes, lots. If you have a location that is special to you or your family that is great and I’m happy to travel there, however if you’d like suggestions of pretty locations I have a whole range of places that I know make for great photos at different times of the year.

If you book a location shoot and on the day the weather is extremely bad I will always re-schedule. However, I never book more than one shoot a day so in most case we can move the time of the session to fit with the weather.
If you fall poorly prior to your session and can give me at least 5 day’s notice I will be happy to reschedule your booking. However, if you are poorly on the day of your session and need to re-schedule you will need to repay your booking deposit of £69 for your new date.

I believe strongly in the importance of printing you images as that is the only way to truly archive them. Technology is moving fast and any USB’s or devices you add your digital to now, will, in the future, be inaccessible. Therefore I do offer individual digital as add on products but only after at least one print has been purchased.

There is absolutely no obligation to purchase a package and there is never any "hard sell". After your session you have £180 credit to spend on any products you would like.

I know from my own two that kids are nothing if not temperamental so please don’t worry if you feel like your own children may not want to perform on the day. I have lots of experience working with kids and on most occasions I am able to win them round and get some great photos. I also only book one session a day so this allows lots of time to give them time out if they’re feeling a little nervous or need a break between photos.
